Privacy Policy
Who we are
Les Marques Sparks Inc. (“Sparks Brands”, “we”, “us”), Québec, Canada, operates Sparks Social Marketing (Meta app ID 1028723696744631). It is an internal business tool our authorized staff use to manage our own advertising accounts, Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts through Meta’s APIs. It is not a consumer app and is not offered to the public.
Information we access
- Advertising data for ad accounts we own or manage: campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, audiences we create, and performance metrics.
- Page and Instagram content on accounts we manage: our posts, comments people leave on our posts and ads, and account insights.
- Messages people send to our Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts, used to reply to them.
- Lead form submissions people choose to send us through our ads.
- Basic profile details Meta provides when someone interacts with our Pages or accounts, such as name, profile ID, and, where available, language and time zone.
How we use it
- To create, manage and measure our own ads.
- To moderate and reply to comments, and to answer messages and customer-support requests.
- To follow up on lead requests people send us.
- To publish and manage content on our own Pages and Instagram accounts.
We do not sell personal information, use it to build profiles for third parties, or use it for purposes unrelated to the above.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host or process it on our behalf (for example cloud hosting and email providers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Meta processes data under its own policies.
Storage, retention and security
Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and accessible only to authorized staff. Comments and messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and, in any case, no longer than 24 months; advertising performance data is kept as part of our business records. Access credentials are stored securely and rotated.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under Québec’s Law 25, Canada’s PIPEDA and, where applicable, the GDPR), you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. See Data Deletion Instructions.
